What is included in the listed price?
Your selected number of sanitized bins, writable labels, the listed dollies, delivery to your first address, and pickup from your destination within the included service zone.
How far do you deliver?
The mock-up pricing includes service within 25 miles of our Houston hub. Proposed surcharges are $25 for 26–40 miles and $45 for 41–55 miles. Longer routes receive a custom quote.
Is there a deposit?
For launch, we propose refundable holds of $40, $60, $80, or $100 depending on package size. The long-term goal is a secure card on file with no upfront deposit.
What happens if I need more time?
Add three days for $30 or another week for $49, subject to availability. Contact us before your scheduled pickup so we can update the route.
Are the bins cleaned?
Yes. Every returned bin goes through a documented inspection and sanitation cycle before it is assigned to another customer.
